Unlike most cigars are made with leaves from the Vuelta Arriba producing region. The Piedra Family, from Asturias, was established in late nineteenth century in the neighborhood of Santa Clara, in the central part of the Vuelta Arriba region, which historically has been an area of snuff from the sixteenth century. Jos� Lamadrid Piedra, the second generation, founded and developed the brand we know today.
Alright for the common smoker who doesn't want to spend too much or to share with a smoker who isn't a cigar connoisseur. Good value.
